What to Expect: This tour includes a reasonable amount of walking or hiking and requires an average level of physical fitness. Expect early wake up times and very long days in order to fit in all included visits.
Bali Tour - "Step into the land of rice paddies"
Bali is a province of Indonesia and the westernmost of the Lesser Sunda Islands. East of Java and west of Lombok, the province includes the island of Bali and a few smaller neighbouring islands, notably Nusa Penida, Nusa Lembongan, and Nusa Ceningan. The provincial capital, Denpasar, is the most populous city in the Lesser Sunda Islands and the second-largest, after Makassar, in Eastern Indonesia. The upland town of Ubud is considered Bali's cultural centre. The province is Indonesia's main tourist destination, with a significant rise in tourism since the 1980s. Tourism-related business makes up 80% of its economy.
Day One: Arrival in Bali - Legian
After clearing Customs and Immigration, and collecting your baggage, please look for our local representative holding a placard in your name to assist and transfer you to the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.

Day Two: Full Day Volcano Temple and Terraces

In the morning head to see the Bali’s famous traditional dances Bali is famous for its traditional dances. One of them is the famous Barong and Keris Dance that tells a story of the ancient Ramayana. Our first stop during this tour will be a performance of these skillful Balinese dancers. The dance expresses the eternal fight between good and evil spirits ending with the magical Keris (dagger) dance.
We will then proceed to the Village of Kemenuh to visit the talented Balinese woodcarving artists in their traditional workshops. See how they make beautiful statues and art out of a single block of wood.
Afterwards the journey continues to Kintamani for a view of the breathtaking Lake Batur and the active Volcano of Mount Batur. Here there will be an opportunity to enjoy lunch with this excellent view.
Our next destination is Tampaksiring, “The Fountain of Youth” and Holy Spring and on the way back we will visit the famous silversmiths of Celuk.

Day Three: Full Day East Bali Highlights
Breakfast at the hotel. Today you head east and discover rice terraces, sleepy villages, ancient temples and towering volcanoes.
In the morning meet your guide and driver and set off towards the east of the island. The first visit will be in Tohpati where you will be introduced to the fine art of Batik painting. After this interesting visit, we will proceed to the quaint and very well kept countryside village of Penglipuran. Walk along the narrow streets to see the traditional Balinese houses with their typical entrance gates and unique architectural traditions.
Continue to the western slopes of Mount Agung where Besakih, the Mother Temple is located. This stunning complex of temples is the most sacred in Bali and is visited at least once a year by all Balinese Hindus for special ceremonies.
Lunch is taken in a local restaurant with view of rice fields and the backdrop of Mount Agung. After lunch head to Klungkung to visit the former Royal Courts of Justice known as Kerta Gosa. The highlight here is the unique and elaborately decorated ceiling painting depicting the battle of good versus evil.

Day Six: Half Day Ubud Art Market, Monkey Forest and Kecak Dance
Breakfast at the hotel and morning at leisure.
It is time exploring Ubud, the cultural heart of the island. Take a walk through Ubud Monkey Forest, a sanctuary for the malevolent but photogenic long tail macaques. Explore the forest and temple where mischievous monkeys roam freely. At Ubud market, take some time to stroll among the colorful stalls of wood carvings, textiles, arts and crafts. Many of the handiworks are locally made in the nearby villages and make beautiful souvenirs to take home. On top of that, we invite you to see the famous Kecak & Fire Dance where a group of man will enchant you with a mystic performance.
Afterward, head to the local restaurant for dinner before returning to the hotel
Note: If there is no Kecak Dance perform on that time, another Balinese traditional dance will be offered
